Our team comes from an industry background of professional creatives with a unique perspective on building intellectual properties and brands. We have over a decade of experience in the AAA games, entertainment & music industry, as well as extensive experience in the deep-tech industry and start up world under our belts. We have spent the past three years on the Ethereum chain, trading and building under our previous company, all while witnessing countless projects rise and fall.
Sanjin Halimic is the Founder and mastermind behind PRIME KINGS. He is publicly doxed as an artist, beginning from the early stages of his career in the games and entertainment industry. Sanjin has worked as an Art Director, concept artist & illustrator, sculptor and MV director for AAA clients such as Games Workshop, MetaGravity, Hadean, Blizzard ent, KingArt, KQ Entertainment, SM Entertainment, and many more. He also was part of multiple deep-tech, infrastructure companies and startups such as Hadean and most recently, the core team of MetaGravity (a tier1 VC funded, Layer1 Metaverse infrastructure company & game studio).
Founder
Zira is the Co-Founder and project manager of PRIME KINGS. Zira has a background in management, analytics and consultancy. Zira has worked for multiple Fortune100 companies, marketing and consultancy agencies.

Murlooooc is the head developer at PRIME KINGS. He has previously worked in gaming, tech and deep-tech startup companies. Murlooooc has a track record in executing visionary products and prototypes and has worked closely with the other PRIME KINGS team members in the past.

The PRIME Team is very self-sufficient and has been developing the project from ground up without any need to raise funding. Sanjin creates all of the 2D art, animation, and video content by himself, while Zira takes care of all the ops and business development needs. Our developers take care of all the technical and product development aspects.
Following this logic, it would be unnecessary to play into the hands of an inexperienced fund and seek an early seed round with a lower valuation – when in fact, we can bootstrap the project as we've been doing currently. No need to have VCs breathing down our necks.
Minting will give us enough runway in order to sustain ourselves for the coming year+, and in the future, we will be looking to acquire funding once our brand has grown in terms of traction. Cardano would have also evolved by this point, where we should have a significant amount of leverage in raising a proper seed round led by a reputable fund.
We have a simple approach to our fund distribution. As we mentioned in previous sections, our team is entirely self-sufficient and most of our year-1 development plans will be done in-house. Our roadmap and ecosystem development will expand beyond our existing team in Years 2 and 3, which will require more capital for complex development.

35% of the mint funds will be enough for year 1 development of the project, not including any revenue generated through royalties, ecosystem expansion, and PRIMEWORKS.

Immediately after mint is completed, 35% of funds will be moved to stable coins and held on a ledger in cold-storage. 65% will be kept in ADA until ADA price appreciates, and we will stable portions of that war chest as necessary. All royalties and revenue will flow into our ADA war chest to sustain the project for years 2-5.

We don’t see any capital constraints in the future and believe our timing to market is perfect due to the upside in ADA and our ability to develop a majority of our year-1 plans in-house.
